The Midpoint Atlantic region in the United States is located between New England and the South and consists of the areas of Delaware, New Jersey, Maryland, Pennsylvania, New York, Virginia, West Virginia and Washington D.C. The member team participate in 11 men’s and 11 women’s sports categories that include basketball, baseball, hockey, indoor and outdoor track and field, cross country, football, golf, lacrosse, swimming and tennis. They have built-in softball, field hockey and volleyball in the women’s categories.

This network provides sports news to the areas of Maryland, Delaware, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Columbia and some areas of West Virginia.
